Because each piece is made after purchase, production and delivery typically take 5–12 business days. Slight variation between screens and the finished object is natural.

Choose the variant from its listed measurements and finish rather than judging scale from a room mockup alone. Mark the dimensions in the intended space before ordering, then allow the artwork to relate to one nearby material or color without matching every object in the room.

Materials and making

This piece is produced in the material named in Details. Ceramic, glass, cork and hardboard are finished differently and are not interchangeable. The listed materials are the record for this piece, and the included parts are stated above.

Care

Wipe the printed surface with a damp cloth and dry immediately. Do not immerse cork, hardboard or leather. Keep the piece away from sustained heat and standing water.

Returns

Most pieces may be returned within 30 days of delivery in original condition with all packaging. Write to hello@nollei.com before sending a return. Pieces that arrive damaged, defective or different from the ordered variant are replaced or refunded, and return shipping is covered in those cases. Made-to-order pieces are not interchangeable warehouse stock, so the order reference and photographs are requested before a return is arranged.
