Nollei products are prepared after payment rather than held as finished warehouse stock. Standard US shipping is $8.95 per order, orders of $100 or more ship at our cost, and production plus delivery typically takes 5–12 business days depending on the selected format and destination.
Every piece is produced for you after you order — no finished warehouse inventory, no excess production. That means a short production window before your piece ships, and it means the order is created in the exact size and finish you selected. US and Canada
Checkout currently collects shipping addresses for the United States and Canada. The available delivery information and final amount are shown in Stripe Checkout before payment. No order is accepted for an address the store cannot serve.
Tracking
Tracking becomes available after production is complete and the fulfilment partner creates the shipping label. Use the email supplied at checkout for order and carrier updates. If a parcel is marked delivered but has not arrived, contact the carrier and the studio.
Damage or defects
If an item arrives damaged, defective or different from the ordered product or variant, contact hello@nollei.com with the order reference and clear photographs. Made-to-order items are not held as interchangeable finished inventory, so the photographs and reference are needed before a replacement is arranged.
Returns
Nollei offers a 30-day return window for most items. Items must be in original condition with all packaging. Made-to-order items that are damaged or defective can be replaced or refunded. Return shipping is covered for defective items. Contact the studio before sending a return so the correct address and reference can be provided.

How much is shipping?

How long does delivery take?
Production and delivery typically take 5–12 business days depending on the selected format and destination. Production begins after payment, and transit time depends on your location within the US or Canada. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed date.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, Nollei ships to the United States and Canada. International shipping options may be added in the future. The available delivery options are shown in checkout before payment.
How do I track my order?

What if my order arrives damaged?

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
Contact hello@nollei.com as soon as possible with your order reference and the correct address. If production has not yet begun, the address can be updated. Once production is underway, the address cannot be changed.

Why does a made-to-order piece take longer?
The piece does not exist in finished form until you order it. The production window is the time needed to print, weave, frame or finish the selected variant, check it and hand it to the carrier. It is the reason the catalog can offer unusual formats and exact sizes without overstock.
