Yes. Nollei uses live Stripe Checkout and validates the selected product, variant and price on the server before payment. A valid paid checkout is then handed to the connected production provider through a signed fulfilment webhook. There is no application, membership or approval step. Made-to-order production lets Nollei offer unusual formats and multiple sizes without buying excess finished inventory or presenting unavailable catalog concepts as products. Production begins after payment and usually contributes to a 5–12 business-day production-and-delivery window. The alternative — printing to a warehouse and hoping it sells — produces overstock and hides the real material choices from the customer.

The checkout server reloads the trusted product and selected variant, confirms the price, and only then creates the paid order. A signed payment event passes that exact product and variant to fulfilment. Your piece is produced in the size or finish you selected; an unpaid preview is never sent to production.

Standard US shipping is $8.95 per order. Orders of $100 or more ship at our cost within the United States. The public collection is edited exclusively for the home: wall art, rugs, lighting, textiles, bath pieces, tabletop formats and useful decorative objects. Apparel, children’s products, pet products, journals and unrelated accessories are excluded. A product appears only when the artwork, format and material make sense together, not because a production catalog can print it.

Product pages explain materials, sizes and included parts. Autumn square pillows include an insert. Framed prints include the frame, acrylic cover and hanging hardware. Wall clocks include a fitted back hook and require one AA battery, which is not included. Candle ritual sets name the pieces in the set. Read the Details section on the product page before ordering.

Screens and finished materials reproduce colour differently, so slight variation is normal. Product mockups show the intended placement and palette, while the final textile, acrylic, paper, wood or glass surface may affect texture and colour depth. Woven cotton in particular changes fine detail through the structure of the weave. These differences are described before purchase and are not defects.

Care follows the material. Dust framed prints and acrylic with a dry, soft cloth and keep them out of direct sun. Shake out woven and textile pieces, spot-clean with mild soap and air-dry flat; do not bleach or tumble-dry. Wipe cork-backed and hardboard pieces with a damp cloth and dry immediately. Hand-wash glazed ceramics unless the product page says otherwise. Trim candle wicks and never leave a flame unattended.

Most pieces may be returned within 30 days of delivery in original condition with all packaging. Contact hello@nollei.com before sending a return. Pieces that arrive damaged, defective or different from the ordered variant are replaced or refunded, and return shipping is covered in those cases. Made-to-order pieces are not interchangeable warehouse stock, so the order reference and photographs are requested first.

Before payment, uploaded customer artwork remains in private server storage and is bound to a signed, expiring token. It is sent to the production provider only after a valid paid Stripe event. Abandoned private files are automatically removed after 48 hours. You keep ownership of your image and grant only the right needed to produce the order.

Nollei accepts major credit and debit cards through secure Stripe Checkout. Payment information is processed by Stripe and never stored on Nollei servers. There is no subscription and no recurring charge.

Neutral home decor uses a restrained palette of warm ivory, clay, olive, sand, walnut and charcoal to create calm, layered rooms. Nollei applies original neutral artwork across wall art, woven textiles, rugs, lighting and tabletop pieces, with colours designed to coordinate across 18 original collections. The restraint is in the palette, not the material: paper, cotton, wood, acrylic, cork, ceramic and glass each hold it differently.

Start with one large grounding piece above the sofa or on the main wall. Choose a size that fits the wall without overwhelming it, then coordinate one textile and one practical object that repeat a colour from the artwork. Avoid matching every item in the room; let the artwork relate to one nearby material or colour. Mark the dimensions on the wall before ordering, because a room mockup shows composition rather than exact scale.
