Trade sourcing, without a hidden tier
Interior designers, stylists, hospitality teams and offices use Nollei when a room needs one visual language across different materials: a framed print, a woven blanket, a rug, a clock, tabletop pieces. We help identify which current formats will carry the artwork at the scale the project needs.
Trade sourcing is a service, not a membership. There is no fee, no secret price list and no account level that changes the retail price. You receive the same published prices, sizes and return conditions as every other customer. What changes is the conversation: quantities, delivery constraints, finish selection and timing.
What we will not do: invent a trade discount that does not exist, hold a price without a written quote, or promise a delivery date the production window cannot support. If a project needs something the catalog does not offer, we will say so.
How a trade enquiry works
- Send the scope. Rooms, quantities, the formats you are considering, the delivery city and the date the project needs the pieces.
- We reply with the real options. Current variants, published prices, material limits and the production window for that combination.
- You order at the published price. Checkout stays the same. The selected variant is validated on the server before payment, and production begins after a valid paid order.
For an order that already exists, include the checkout email and the confirmation reference. For a correction, include the page address and the statement you believe is wrong. The corrections policy explains what happens next.
Typical production and delivery is 5–12 business days depending on format and destination. That is the same window shown to retail customers, not a separate trade promise. See shipping and returns.
