What we collect
| Order information | Name, email, delivery address and the items ordered. Payment card details are entered in Stripe Checkout and are not stored on Nollei servers. |

We do not ask for sensitive personal data, and we do not sell customer lists. We do not use a chatbot to handle paid support; order messages are read by a person.
Cookies and consent
The cookie bar records three optional categories and applies Google Consent Mode v2 before measurement runs. The default state is granted. If you refuse a category, the stored refusal is applied on every later page load. Scripts are not blocked; the consent signal is recorded and sent to the measurement tools.

The consent cookie is named nollei_consent. It stores the version, an ISO timestamp and the three category choices, and expires after 180 days. Change your choice at any time with the button below or the “Cookie preferences” link in the footer.
Where required, checkout and payment are processed under the terms shown by Stripe at the point of payment. The terms of sale explain the retail conditions.
Providers we use
- Stripe processes payment and returns the confirmed order and email to Nollei.
- Production and fulfilment partners receive the ordered product, variant, artwork and delivery address after a valid paid order.
- Cloudflare delivers the site and protects it from abuse.
- Codeaustral analytics measures page and campaign performance under the analytics and marketing choices you set.
- Hosting infrastructure stores order records, contact messages and private uploads on servers controlled for Nollei.
Providers receive only what their role requires. We do not give a production partner your payment details, and we do not give an analytics provider your delivery address.
How long we keep it
- Consent choice: 180 days, then the bar asks again.
- Unpaid Your Art upload: removed after 48 hours.
- Order and payment records: kept as long as needed to fulfil the order, handle a return and meet accounting obligations.
- Contact and correction messages: kept while the matter is open and for a reasonable record of the decision.
- Newsletter address: kept until you ask to be removed.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask for deletion where no order or legal obligation requires us to keep the record. Write to hello@nollei.com from the email used at checkout and include the order reference if you have one.
You can also clear or block cookies in your browser. Blocking necessary cookies may prevent checkout from working. The consent bar remains available from the footer if you want to record a new choice in the store itself.
Contact
Privacy questions and data requests go to the studio. A person reads them.
